Project Planning and Management:
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
Engineering and Design:
Lead the design and engineering of chemical conveyor systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Manufacturing Oversight:
Oversee the manufacturing process of conveyor system components, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
Installation and Commissioning:
Supervise the installation and commissioning of conveyor systems, ensuring they meet performance criteria and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation and commissioning.
Civil Construction Management:
Manage the construction of civil structures required for system installation, including foundations, supports, and enclosures.
Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Proven experience in managing projects involving chemical conveyor systems or similar equipment.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and installation techniques.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
