We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in the construction of residential villas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of villa construction projects — from site preparation and structural execution to final handover — ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
This role requires a deep understanding of structural design, site coordination, contractor management, and local building regulations. The candidate should be capable of translating architectural plans into practical execution while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for villa construction projects.
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site technical issues.
