Responsibilities:
• Manage the engineering and technical aspects of road and infrastructure projects
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Review and approve design documents, specifications, and construction drawings
• Oversee site investigations, surveys, and geotechnical studies
• Monitor and control project progress, quality, and safety
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Prepare and submit regular project reports and updates to the Construction Manager
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in road and infrastructure construction
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex road and infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management
• Proficient in using project management software, CAD, and other relevant tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
