Plan, schedule and execute Project Plan.
Examine technical layouts to decide on the next course of action in a project.
Study and determine various fundamental aspects of a construction project like materials, cost estimate, and potential risks to overcome.
Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
Ensure appropriate implementation of measures taken during each step of project execution.
Support planning, pricing, bidding and tendering for new projects.
Requirements:
Arabic Speaker (Native) [Egyptian are preferable]
Work Experience: Minimum 6-7 years in the contracting / construction field. (Dubai work Experience will be preferred)
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans and diagrams.
Excellent understanding of construction practices, materials, and tools
Ability to bring new projects by meeting consultants / customers.
Ability to estimate the total cost for the project.
Familiarity with construction regulations and building codes
Experience with project management websites (like DM, DBPS, MBRHE) software and other relevant technology
UAE Driving license.
Salary and other benefits:
Salary range start from 6000 (Negotiable)
Fuel cost will be provided.
Leave after two years with return ticket.
