Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
Evaluate contractors' and subcontractors' bids and proposals.
Monitor project costs and track expenses.
Perform regular site visits to inspect progress and identify any cost-related issues.
Analyze and report on project cost data and trends.
Manage the billing process and resolve any payment disputes.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying techniques, cost estimation, and commercial management.
Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work well in a team environment and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian construction market and regulations is a plus.
