Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
Create and develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met.
Oversee the implementation of designs, including site visits and construction progress monitoring.
Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and other team members.
Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants to discuss project requirements and resolve any design-related issues.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Candidate:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Senior Architect.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage complex architectural projects.
Expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling).
Experience in landscape and gulf projects.
Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred experience with Lumion.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong leadership abilities.
