Responsibilities:
Design and implement infrastructure architecture that supports the organization's business objectives
Manage and maintain the network, servers, storage, and other infrastructure components
Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure maximum uptime and performance
Collaborate with the IT team to implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or modifications to the infrastructure
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and IT staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance
Strong knowledge of network protocols, server hardware, storage systems, and virtualization technologies
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
