Description
Broad Understanding for electrical design activities for MV, LV, Smart System & ELV networks and systems.
Knowledge on design, calculations, systems & equipment sizing using governing International and local codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience.
Knowledge and ability to understand and develop all SLDs, calculations, schematics, layout drawings, designs, plans, etc.
Knowledge on Smart System and ability to adopt, implement new control technologies to be integrated with services.
Knowledge on solar energy system requirements.
Knowledge on lighting system requirements and adopting different types of lighting control methodologies.
Broad understanding of all CCTV, Tel/DATA, Fire alarm, security systems
Reviewing the design documents, systems & equipment sizing.
Coordinating with BIM/CAD modelers for preparation of design documents.
Prepare the BOQ’s and maintaining project data.
Ability to meet the project timelines and coordinating with senior engineers.
Preparing and submitting project timeline schedule, task completion schedule to the senior engineer on daily and weekly basis.
Assist in the development of design, construction drawings with the CAD/BIM modelers.
Ability to understand design drawings, comment and rectify with modeling team.
Ability to understand Architectural drawing in detail and list out requirements for Electrical Design Engineering.
Positive attitude and motivation to deliver the highest quality of work.
Responsible for maintaining Project records, logs, drawing, specifications, services schedules.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise/low-rise residential and commercial Buildings
English Level: Good and strong business writing skills
Technical Skills: Excel, CCTV, MV, LV, Smart System & ELV networks and systems, Fire alarm and security systems / must have a good experience in AutoCAD and just knowledge on Revit system “optional”.
Soft Skills :problem-solving, Strong time management skills, Active listening and verbal communication skills, Proactive and flexible attitude.
