Attend client calls and handle technical inquiries
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, invoices, and related documents
Draft and respond to emails regarding technical and commercial matters
Coordinate with the accounts department for documentation
Assist in site coordination, supplier communication, and general office tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Basic technical knowledge in water systems, pumps, and filtration (preferred but not required)
Proficient in computer systems (MS Office, emails, basic drafting tools)
