Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will be responsible for managing, and coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring the successful execution of high-end residential projects.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in the design and execution of high-end villa projects.
Extensive background within renowned design studios or consulting firms, including but not limited to XBD, WhiteSPace, LW Architects, NAGA, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in creating submittals and managing document control
Ability to lead and coordinate with diverse teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities
