We are looking for a Civil / Architect engineer who like challenges and is detail oriented. Are you one of the motivated people joining our team?
The team of engineers will work together and their responsibilities will vary greatly according to the diverse project’s needs. We are looking for dedicated individuals who will manage each project from A to Z, including:Technical reporting, Planning and scheduling, Budgeting, and ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time job requirements.
Supervision & Follow-up work of finishes,
Supervise the supply of materials, Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
Making sure the project complies with legal requirements and codes, especially health and safety.
Participating in the creation of action plans and monitoring their execution.
Good experience in checking drawings, quantities, contract conditions, technical specification, and bills.
Review contractor’s invoice.
Ensure correctness and completeness of as-built drawings.
Some overseas trips may be required. Extra hours may sometimes be necessary to meet deadlines.
