- Looking for Mid-level / Senior AutoCAD Draftsman with F&B / Hospitality design experience (restaurants, bar, cafes or/and nightclub in Dubai or in the region), residential and commercial projects.
- Preparation of full concept design and presentation for all interior/exterior designs with, Illustration Layout plans & Elevations
- Preparation of complete detail drawings for all interior Architectural projects includes: Elevations, sections, plans, Details of Reflected ceiling, coving, lighting, wall covering, hard wood works, Soft furniture details, furniture & finishes, Demolition & Construction, Working drawings, VAC & MEPFS.
- Coordination with contractors and Follow-up on suppliers to meet client requirements and manage goal.
- Site visits
- Quality control in all Fabrication and mock-ups such as GRG, GRC, Ceilings, LED lighting, wall covering, hard wood works, Soft furniture, Marble cladding ….etc.
