• Perform engineering design tasks for roadway and site civil projects from conceptual design to final design. This includes having a good working knowledge of the entire project life cycle. • Develop specifications, cost estimates, and prepare final bid packages • Have a strong working knowledge of roadway design software tools • Mentor and develop junior staff while providing valuable input into design Best Practices. • Have a positive team-oriented attitude
• 5 -10 years experience as Road Engineer.• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.• Strong technical design background in highway design and transportation engineering
