• Collect and Study our Clients requirement and prepare documentation for work orders• Study bidders quotations, comparing with market prices and recommendation• Participate in Preparation of work orders time schedule (CPM)• Follow-up field execution to ensure work quality & time schedule are achieved, and reporting• Follow-up Scheduled & unscheduled maintenance and complains, and reporting• Diagnosis electrical problems for sites, analyses and solution alternatives• Participate in Preparation of contractors payments• Initiate letters when required
• BSc. Of Electrical power engineering.• 5-10 years of experience in construction projects, governmental projects are preferable.• Proficiency with office computer software (MS Projects AutoCAD, Microsoft office , internet skills).• Proficiency with Arabic and English languages (spoken , written)• Good presentation skills and communication skills are must.• Ability to work in a team setting and handle multi-tasks.• Kuwait residency, Article#18 , Transferable• Kuwait Driving license. Should have KSE membership.
