Review of Fire Fighting designs covering pipe sizing, sprinklers distribution, hoods fire suppression system, gas detection system, etc.Follow up the site progress and work quality of the fire protection installations considering complying with the related approved designs and the local and international codes. Review of Electrical & Low Voltage designs covering lighting and power systems, D.B. schedule and power schematic, emergency lighting, fire alarm, low voltage systems, etc.Follow up the site progress and work quality of the electrical and low voltage installations considering complying with the related approved designs and the local and international codes
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Firefighting & Plumbing) Design, Architecture, Construction Management or related field4 years working in a similar position in a Shopping Centre industry, or an equivalent experience in the design or construction industry. Architectural background and a sense of design and style is necessary - in a retail context.Experience in MS Office. Expert on AutoCAD and sizing and equipment selection software’s.Fluent in English – Arabic (Preferable)Driving license mandatory
