Qualification and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems or a related field , 2 years’ experience.

Preferred: Certification of Capability in Business Analysis(CCBA).
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and define business requirements and communicate them clearly to stakeholders/technical team/vendors.
Evaluate business processes, analyze requirements and identify areas for improvement.
Investigate and explore up-to-date latest process and IT automation solutions.
Organize and document large amounts of information provided by stakeholders effectively.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities and write specifications.
Assist with defining business cases.
Define RACI charts on department, process and procedure levels.
Proactively follow up and review technical solution and ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
Assist in process change requests and a project’s scope
Define and perform user acceptance testing.
Update, implement and maintain procedures.
Quality review. for all processes, procedures and policies.
Prioritize requirements based on business needs/value and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Effectively communicate business needs and requirements analysis to cross-functional team members and management.
Communicate and report to others clearly and proactively on status, problems, and suggestions.
Use project management software to track project progress and task management
Perform other related duties as required.
Respect patients and their families to promote a patient-centered care culture.
Participate in and support quality improvement and patient safety activities as an individual or as part of Internal Medicine team
