Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall management of your assigned projects from the handover of the project by sales till the end of the warranty period
- Work in compliance with the company's Rules of Procedures.
- Ensure flawless adherence to the project milestones and will be responsible for the project planning.
- Manage the document flow and project reporting. .
- Launch the necessary instructions/orders within the internal and external organization(s) to ensure that the contracts (e.g. third party inspection, transport, erection, commissioning etc....) are complied with.
- Manage the financial follow-up of the project, you will be responsible for and monitor invoicing to and payments/collections from your customers and you will safeguard the contract margins (e.g., invoicing amendments). .
- Proactively communicate in full transparency at both the external (customer) and internal (engineering, production, service department, etc...) level.
- Responsible for the final evaluation and the conclusion/closure of your project. Ensure customer intimacy and enhance the customer willingness to place new orders
