Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure civil engineering plans are effectively integrated into construction projects.
• Review and analyze civil structural drawings for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Supervise on-site work, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
• Resolve cross-disciplinary construction issues by collaborating with various project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report on any deviations from planned timelines or budgets.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel and subcontractors.
• Adapt to flexible work schedules, including the possibility of overtime, to meet project demands.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering within the construction industry, specifically in building construction and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil structural design principles and construction practices.
• Proven ability to review drawings and resolve construction issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
