Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and consultants to ensure alignment on project specifications and requirements.
Material Submittals: Prepare, review, and manage material submittals to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
Shop Drawings Production: Lead the production of detailed shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design intent.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of shop drawings and material submittals, providing constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all technical documentation and correspondence related to project development.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during the design and construction phases.
Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture, specifically with a focus on large-scale fit-out projects.
Proven experience in material submittals and shop drawings production and review.
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials, particularly in a contractor setting.
Proficient in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
