Key Responsibilities:
Develop and analyze engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure cohesive project delivery.
Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Utilize engineering software and tools for design and analysis (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and interns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in progress.
Proven experience in civil engineering design and project management.
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
