Description
JASARA PMC is currently seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. As an Architect at JASARA PMC, you will be involved in the design and development of various architectural projects. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and interdisciplinary teams to create innovative and sustainable designs that meet project requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing architectural plans, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. You will work closely with the design team to develop detailed drawings and specifications, and you will assist in the coordination of construction activities.
We are looking for an individual with a strong passion for architecture, excellent design skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Ability to create and interpret detailed architectural drawings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Prior experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred
