▪ Contribute to executing design services to any assigned project effectively and efficiently.
▪ Multiple project planning (budget, timetable, resources), follow-up and progress reporting
▪ Ensures that the project is running smoothly on time and directing work to the Architects and Draftsman.
▪ Contribute to conceiving and developing architectural solutions to meet client requirements, regulations, codes and standards and economy and adequacy for construction.
▪ Quality control, risk analysis & management and process improvement
▪ Participation to site meetings when necessary
▪ Use of project tools must be confident with IT, digital tools including REVIT software.
▪ Participate in sales meeting and individually run follow-up meetings.
▪ Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
▪ Works with very little supervision or coaching. Primary job functions require exercising independent judgment.
