Roles & Responsibilities:
Create detailed 3D models of construction projects using BIM software based on the design packages.
Generate shop drawings from the 3D BIM models at the required level of development.
Develop and maintain as-built drawings reflecting the actual constructed conditions, incorporating any changes or modifications made during the construction process.
Ensure adherence to engineering standards, guidelines, and best practices in the creation, generation and development works.
Ensuring that the BIM models are accurate and up-to-date throughout the project's lifecycle.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports derived from the BIM model.
Create visually appealing and informative 3D renderings and walkthroughs to aid in project visualization and communication.
Participate in project coordination meetings.
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor or Masters degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
1-4 years in the same field
In-depth knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and related technologies.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
