– Assembling and servicing all types of Geared Motors and CMP servo gear units– Reading Instructions and preparing briefs for the team– Labelling and packing the products and preparing for dispatch– Booking material in ERP and preparing Job Orders–Maintaining the complete documentation of testing, painting, assembly tools– Logging orders and preparing documentation for assembly– Controlling the stock on ERP and maintaining inventories and stock counts– Preparing a detailed report showing damaged parts and probable root cause of damage– Maintaining the quality & painting area and all required tools– Performing service jobs, inspecting customer units and failure analysis reports for on-site units
