JOB PURPOSE:
Scheduling of Manpower & Material availability according to the Plan and effectively use to execute the mechanical jobs to achieve the set targets for Motor division. ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and commissioning of HT/LT/DC & rotating equipment.
• Should have knowledge in the method of Mechanical repairs.
• Should have knowledge in Engineering calculations & Drawings.
• Should have knowledge of international standards.
• Should have knowledge in AutoCAD 2018/2020.
• Should have knowledge in Laser Alignment.
• Accountable for Job activities.
• Accountable for Manpower utilization.
• Accountable for Material utilization.
• Accountable for Customer comments.
• Accountable for Proper communication.
• To follow the Safety Rules and Procedures.
• To follow the work procedures.
• To follow the work scope.
• To prepare the reports and customer updates.
• To highlight limitations, prior to the decision.
