· Plan, schedule and execute Project Plan. · Ability to execute the project plan on time using appropriate resources on site.· Review and approve project reports and designs. · Develop shop drawings that cover the change required of the project. · Assess both the challenges and potential risks of the planned project.· Provides technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., as required. Initiates and maintains extra work estimating and issuance of change orders. · Undertake initiatives for risk management and take appropriate steps during planning, scheduling, and execution of project. · Support planning, pricing, bidding and tendering for new projects. · Ensure Saudi Arabia’s Regulations and Standards are followed without exception. · Ensure Site Safety Rules followed by all resources. · Responsibly take possession and/or manage site equipment and material receiving. · Monitors the efficient use of materials and equipment. · Monitor the operations and working of staff on the site and able to produce a report. · Communicate effectively with other subcontractors, architects, and consultants. · Set a perfect schedule for the purchase of equipment and raw materials.
