JOB DESCRIPTION:
Passionately contributes to executing the complete conceptual design of all assigned projects
Works individually and with Design Director/ Principal Designer in developing planning and creative-design concepts of a project.
Plan, design, and furnish interiors of commercial/retail, residential, etc.
Provide leadership and creative design direction during the conceptual phase.
Consulting with Design Director/ Clients about the design of their environment.
Supervise the team on detailed shop drawings
BS degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Thoroughly familiar with the entire architectural process
Understanding of the complex processes of design and construction
High level of presentation skills with skills in presenting ideas to clients
High level of communication and leadership skills
Advanced level in using software packages such as Revit, 3DMax, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Abobe in Design, Sketch-up, etc.
Fluency in English, verbal and written.
