- High school diploma or equivalent in Computer Science stream and three (3) years of experience with the types of hardware and software to be supported and including end-user support experience.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable computer hardware or software.
- Skilled in operating supported computer and peripherals, configuring computer hardware and software, and to analytically design program logic or solve technical problems.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to work effectively with clients in order to provide guidance and instruction to others.
- Experience of working in a tiered support environment, providing support to junior colleagues through mentoring and shadowing.
- ITIL V3 Foundation certified
- CCNA certified with 2 year working knowledge
- MCSE/MCDST or equivalent certification desirable
- A+ and N+ certification or knowledge
