-Manage and follow up on all day to day finishing works in the site.
-Monitor project daily progress vs. plan and schedule.
-Review all the blueprints of the project and supervise according to it.
-Review project’s plan to ensure compatibility of technical specs and time schedule.
-Coordinate with the Architectural Inspectors in monitoring and supervising of all architectural works associated with the project.
-Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate.
-Make sure the work performed and materials used are as specified in the contract.
-Establish, report and follow up all on non-conformance activities.
-Enforce the relevant safety rules at site.
