Responsibilities include:
Overseeing of day-to-day site operations.
Assist in studying potential projects including quantity surveying and planning.
Producing relevant project documentation and reports.
Issue purchase requisitions related to projects.
Handling inspections and handovers
Communicating with project stakeholders.
Managing subcontractors and in-company teams within projects.
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD.
Established work exposure in reinforced concrete projects (diverse experience in steel structures and specialized buildings is a plus)
Have a strong understanding and experience in the of reinforced concrete fundamentals.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
