Job Responsibilities:
Civil Site Management: Oversee and manage all civil activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations.
Landscape Implementation: Arrange and implement civil activities related to landscaping, including grading, excavation, drainage, and installation of hardscape and softscape elements.
Construction Specifications: Ensure that all civil activities are executed in accordance with project specifications, design plans, and quality standards.
Material Management: Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of construction materials, ensuring availability for site activities.
Site Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to plan and coordinate civil activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
Quality Control and Inspection: Conduct regular inspections to monitor the quality of civil works, identify any deficiencies, and implement corrective measures.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites, implementing necessary measures to maintain a safe working environment.
Construction Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of civil activities, including site reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
Team Management: Provide guidance and supervision to site staff, ensuring efficient and effective execution of civil works.
Problem-Solving: Address site-related challenges, resolve issues, and propose solutions to ensure the successful completion of civil activities.
