Job Description
Receive the contract request from the Project Manager after submitting the needed documents with the requested signatures from the Project Manager to obtain best offers from the subcontractors.
Contact the sub-contractors (either sent from the site or from the database) to negotiate the price and payment methods.
Compare between the sub-contractors’ financial offers and the project’s budget to ensure compliance with the budget.
Notify the site team members in case the item’s price is out of budget to enable them to take the necessary actions.
Finalize the deal with the sub-contractor and send the contract, after being signed to the Project Manager for approval.
Apply the needed amendments to the contract as requested by the Project Manager – when needed.
Send the approved contract to the financial team to plan for the payments as agreed.
Assist in solving all the problems related to the sub-contractors in coordination with the concerned departments to ensure they are implementing the plan as agreed.
Comply with the company management system according to ISO standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015.
Support in handling other assignments within the scope of the department if required to facilitate achieving the departmental goals.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in civil Engineering or Architecture.
5 – 7 Years of experience.
At least 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
AutoCAD is a plus.
