What you will do:
Technical training for technicians about product technicalities and machines inspection.
Coordination with Product Manager for required support including but not limited to customer visits, technical submittals, competition offering summary, comparison studies, training arrangements
Supervising operation & maintenance trainings upon machine delivery at customer site.
Review & Implementation of MRS (specification) based on conducted competition studies. Communicate all necessary product developments with Sales Team & other stake holders (service, parts) including quotation specs update
Supporting sales team with customers visits and technical discussion
Machines configuration testing and competitor’s side by side testing
