Responsibilities
Builds analytic and design skills.
Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
Uses computer software as a tool for solving engineering problems.
Build proficiency in AutoCAD & REVIT.
Performs work in accordance with the agreed-upon budget and schedule.
Prepare basic cost estimates, material take-off, and scheduling.
Prepare reports and presentations as directed by senior engineers.
Ability to solve problems using sound judgment, creativity, and innovation.
Follow company standards and procedures including design and checking.
Perform other duties of similar nature and level as assigned.
Exhibit a willingness to assist mid and senior-level engineers.
Good planning, organizational, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
Minimum Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
0-4 years of relevant experience designing a wide variety of commercial, high-rise residential, and industrial designs for buildings and facilities.
Familiar with REVIT and/or AutoCAD
Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills are a must.
Interest in personal and professional growth, in a challenging, rewarding, and competitive professional environment.
Experience should be in systems associated with mechanical HVAC and/or Plumbing and Fire Protection design.
