Responsibilities
+ Builds analytic and design skills.
+ Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
+ Preparation from concept to IFC drawings in the following disciplines lighting, small power, power distribution, ELV systems, Fire Alarm & Public Address, etc. in coordination with other disciplines.
+ Performing calculations such as power cable/bus ducts’ voltage drop & short circuit, lighting Illumination, load schedules, and single line diagram.
+ Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
+ Uses computer software as a tool for solving engineering problems.
+ Build proficiency in AutoCAD & REVIT.
+ Performs work in accordance with the agreed-upon budget and schedule.
+ Prepare basic cost estimates, material take-off, and scheduling.
+ Prepare reports and presentations as directed by senior engineers.
+ Ability to solve problems using sound judgment, creativity, and innovation.
+ Follow company standards and procedures including design and checking.
+ Perform other duties of similar nature and level as assigned.
+ Exhibit a willingness to assist mid and senior-level engineers.
+ Good planning, organizational, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
Minimum Requirements
+ A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
+ 0-4 years of relevant experience designing a wide variety of commercial, high-rise residential, and industrial designs for buildings and facilities.
+ Familiar with REVIT and/or AutoCAD
+ Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills are a must.
+ Interest in personal and professional growth, in a challenging, rewarding, and competitive professional environment.
+ Experience should be in systems associated with MV/LV/ELV/AV design.
