THE MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Solve technical issues and look for a way to reduce them;
Consult employees and customers on device/solution related technical issues;
Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records;
Prepare technical tasks;
Serve existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning travel schedule, investigating complaints, conducting tests and resolving problems;
Establish service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts,
completing installation, performing acceptance tests;
Prepare and provide training for employees and clients about our company’s products and solutions;
Communicate with clients and provide Technical Support/Technical Help via phone/Skype and remote connection;
Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved
methods and techniques, recommending system improvements;
Available to visit clients in UAE and able to meet customers in office and be involved in meetings to answer technical questions;
When needed, take part in exhibitions/conferences and present technical presentation of our product
