Design, develop and maintain electrical control systems and components to required specifications
Performs assignments independently with instruction as to the general results expected and with guidance from Operation Manager on unusual or complex problems.

Assigns and coordinates work to team leaders, supervisors and technicians Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate program of assigned engineering work.
Diagnosing and fixing faults and running quality checks to make sure systems are working properly and safely.
Carrying out planned maintenance and performs assignments as expected result .
Analyze reports, maps, drawings, tests, and other data to plan and maintain installations.
Searching for replacement spare parts in case the required parts cannot be obtained from the local market.
Supervise the stock level of spare parts to control the budget.
Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment.
Specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Provide technical assistance in the areas of low/medium voltage distribution equipment and low/medium Voltage motors/generators.
Respond and provide technical assistance to electrical equipment problems.
Improve assets and equipment reliability through historical trending and improved maintenance procedures.
