Main Duties:
Ability to meet all the requirements requested from the Electrical panel Section such as: Production schedules, quality of the product, and ability to solve all the problems related.
Follow up the work within the department by following up team members and the workplace’s organization.
Ability to improve the production and to accelerate the work in it through looking for new ways and methods to shorten long production processes.
Planning and organizing production schedules.
Making sure that Health and Safety regulations are met.
Overseeing production processes.
Manage and supervise all Electrical Panel Section staff (Engineers and Technicians).
Organizing relevant training sessions.
