Requirements:
· Higher education or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
· Formal engineering qualification in mechanical subject (hydraulic and pneumatic included)
· Minimum of 3 years engineering experience
· English intermediate level
· Good knowledge in general production process equipment, familiar with mechanical theory and maintenance knowledge
· Computer Literacy: Mid-Level (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point proficiency). Confident use of AutoCAD
· Extensive experience in carrying out and analyzing breakdowns
· Experience of working within the food industry is preferable
· Experience in extrusion or printing industry would be an advantage
· Knowledge and experience in turning machine, grinding and milling machine operation is an advantage
· Experience in leading or participation in Improvement Teams is an advantage. Should have a team approach to engineering issues
· Must have the knowledge, discipline and initiative to work alone during the shift
· Demonstrate a sense of urgency and should be proactive in driving through continuous improvement initiatives
