Main Job Duties:
Responsible for Execution and follow up all importing orders.
Responsible for following up suppliers accounts and cash flow with financial department.
Responsible for searching for new suppliers with best quality and reasonable price.
Responsible for development of new products with R D department.
Handling Import daily operations.
Keeping good records and documentation.
Capable of anticipating and improvising so as fulfill unexpected users needs communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Manage data for international shipments, proactively communicate with agents customers about shipment progress
Input and maintain details into the operations system regarding each shipment, track cargo, maintain invoices and follow up as needed
