- Follow up the performance of the manufacturing process and sustain this process to be in the range of the planned targets.
- Design the production line by the least possible number of stages and taking into account the quality.
- Balance between the production processes by hand of the productivity.
- Distribute tasks to operators by the potential and skills of each and every one.
- Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.
- Prepare productivity, downtime analysis, and KPI reports periodically.
- Maintain the cost for the line in the normal level and continuously improve this issue.
- Reduce the second grade and maintain that in the targets which agreed before with the production manager.
- Work on the targets for productivities and following that targets to the operators to work in the team.
- Prepare the training courses which will improve the operator level.
