1. Improve Design Package Quality
• Properly plan design activities for self • Comply with design Standards & approved models in the design• Monitor plants operational data for evaluating performance
2. Design Package Productivity
• Monitor & Control self-Design Plans to ensure delivery of packages• Use Standard designs and reference designs • Support Commissioning teams during plants startup
3. Develop and improve technical knowledge and processes
• Regularly Cope with new Standards & Design Technologies• Provide technical Training to Plant operators and site teams
