Draft detailed 2D fabrication drawings for steel signs, pylons, gantries, LED displays, and support frames.
Prepare layout drawings and connection details for fabrication and on-site installation.
Revise drawings based on client feedback, structural calculations, or site changes.
Generate shop drawings for laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.
Generate detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on client drawings and site conditions.
Perform material take-offs for steel components, cladding, lighting, and fixing systems.
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes; issue purchase orders based on best value.
Track costs through project lifecycle and prepare progress billing statements.
Support procurement and inventory planning based on drawing outputs.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 year experience
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Proficient in building long-lasting relations along with a knack for developing a productive team.
In-depth knowledge of forecasting, project management, and surveying by effective evaluation of client-side requirements.
Well-versed in quantity surveying and all the vital parameters associated with the field.
