Requirements

- Track productivity levels, implement performance optimization strategies, and boost efficiency.
- Provide consistent updates to the PM through detailed daily and weekly progress reports.
- Identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and continuously refine project targets based on team performance and data insights.
- Maintain stringent quality standards, collaborating with the quality control team to promptly address any issues, showcasing a meticulous attention to detail.
- Cultivate a collaborative and innovative project culture, engaging effectively with the main contractor while leveraging strong technical expertise to enhance construction processes.
- Inspire and motivate the team, including HSE officers, supervisors, and workers, to achieve objectives without compromising on quality, safety, or welfare.
- Comprehend and enforce safety systems established by the client, main contractor, or project owner, ensuring rigorous compliance and prioritizing team well-being. Make swift, logical decisions to safeguard workers’ safety when necessary.
