Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and construction specifications.
- Assist in coordinating between contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and report on the progress of site work, addressing any issues or delays with the project management team.
- Help ensure that resources such as materials and labor are allocated efficiently on-site.
- Conduct site inspections to verify the quality of work and adherence to project drawings and standards.
- Solve basic on-site issues in collaboration with senior engineers and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain records and documentation of daily site activities and construction progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in site engineering or a related role within construction.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Experience with mid-rise or large-scale construction projects is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use construction management software and tools.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the field, with a proactive attitude towards challenges.
