Job Description:
Assemble, install, and test electrical or electronic wiring.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
Maintain all electrical equipment in a healthy condition and take corrective action for normal plant operation.
Plan the layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications, local codes, and conformity to building and safety codes.
Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports, and ordering supplies and equipment.
