Conduct a daily briefing with team leaders to follow up and report on progress made in order to anticipate any potential delays in planned tasks.
Uses his experience in piles and foundations to carry out soil mechanics work.
Assist the project manager in supervising and managing the construction activities of the designated project.
Coordinate the delivery of completed works to the client and complete the necessary corrections.
Evaluate and resolve any inconsistencies and problems arising during construction that affect the quality of work performed.
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
Adhere to the design document, quality of work, the schedule, safety of the people, costs.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in Site Construction work.
Experience in Piling.
Good communication skills.
Problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure.
