Prepare Shop drawings and technical submittals.
Design of the following systems:
HVAC concealed system
HVAC VRV system
Air cooled system
Water cooled system
Fire Fighting
Plumbing
Prepare technical proposals by reviewing tender documents/ drawings, prepare technical offers & put estimating costs of by coordinating with vendors/subcontractors, offers evaluation, vendors/subcontractors negotiations and BOQ/Financial offer preparation to ensure lowest prices.
Requirements:
Education:
B.S.C of Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience as a technical office engineer.
Construction & Finishing Works
Must be qualified in the design of the following systems:
HVAC concealed system
HVAC VRV system
Air cooled system
Water cooled system
Fire Fighting
Plumbing
Qualification:
Have previous experience in HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting.
Excellent Computer Skills (AutoCAD, Revit, Shop Drawing)
