Required
Degree in Mechanical Engineering as applicable.
5 to 8 years’ experience in Estimation role in construction/MEP field
Must have experience in Designing & Estimation of all types of fire protection systems in accordance with international codes like NFPA/FM and UAE Life safety code, as per project specifications
Good English communication skills with basic knowledge in MS Office and AutoCAD
Result orientated, tenacious, self-motivated, a customer focused approach
Excellent inter-personal skills - must be able to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of our stakeholders and internal partners
Proficient in conducting technical site audits
Ability to manage multiple tasks
