1- Revise and study the design and specs of the new projects with the Site Technical Office to check if there are any conflicts that need to be fixed.
2- Communicate with the Construction Manager to determine the manpower needed for the new project.
3- Communicate with the Construction Manager to determine the equipment needed for the new project.
4-Coordinate with the sub-contractors in order to make sure that the civil activities are going on according to schedule and specs.
5- Coordinate with the Technical Office in case there is any issue in the approved shop drawings to match the real conditions in the site.
6- Communicate with the Construction Manager to prepare the tools and materials needed and check their availability with the Warehouse team.
7- Coordinate with the Technical office in order to create an MSR (Material Supply Requisition) to be sent to the Purchasing Department.
8- Follow up with the Purchasing Department the delivery of materials and tools on time.
9- Prepare a progress report of the civil activities (self-performed or subcontractors) on site in order to be presented to the Site Technical Office.
